Tailor Toyo × HINOYA HINOYA 70th Anniversary Model "ALASUKA × JAPAN MAP"
In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of HINOYA's founding, a model with a special order for "Tailor Toyo", a pioneer of Sukajan (souvenir jacket).
A polar bear standing on the drift ice, commonly known as the "Alaska model". Originally a design from the Alaskan Army's Squadron patch that defends Alaska, a jacket made of almost velveteen material has been discovered. A special piece made of acetate satin without batting.
The other side is a map of Japan with a maiko wearing a bright kimono. Maiko is a female entertainer who performs traditional dances and music at banquets.
HINOYA is embroidered on the place name instead of Tokyo

Fine horizontal lines and wrinkles on the acetate ground surface are the characteristics of this fabric. Tailor Toyo uses high-grade acetate to give it a vintage feel.
This product uses parts such as delicate fabrics and zippers to reproduce the texture of the time. Please handle with care as it is sensitive to friction and slippage.
Please avoid hand washing or using a washing machine or dryer as it may cause significant deterioration of the product such as shape loss, discoloration, fraying, and puncture. Please use dry cleaning to clean the product.
