- Oni Denim has reproduced a fantastic pair of selvage chinos created about 20 years ago, at the dawn of the brand's history. It is the unique fabric of Oni Denim, that is distinctly different from ordinary chino cloth. The strong roughness is created by slowly weaving uneven yarns on an old-fashioned power loom. Compared to WEST POINT (UNIFORM TWILL), woven with fine two-ply yarns in high density, this fabric has a rough texture similar to that of denim. Of course, since it is not indigo, it will not fade excessively, but aging can be expected by wearing it. The silhouette is relaxed and straight. It has a deep rise and a roomy fit overall, making it perfect for rough outfits.
