The 1st type denim jacket made during World War II is sewn, parts and fabrics are reproduced. The fabric is 14oz denim with warp # 6.7 x weft # 6.6, which is the same as "DD-1003SXX". It features a dark color and a strong unevenness. It is full of details of the 1st model, such as a small collar, a chest pocket without flaps, a silhouette with a drop shoulder, a cinch back, and cuffs that are arranged in the opposite direction to the 2nd type. Furthermore, the adoption of laurel donut buttons, the mixture of engraved and unengraved rivets, and the bulging button back, which are unique to the war, are faithfully reproduced.
