BURGUS PLUS, "HAKEME" Jacket 1928 1st Type Model. The idea of this fabric comes from an old work shirt, and it is the plain weave cotton fabric called "HAKEME (brush marks)". It is a unique fabric by weaving with combining dark and light shade yarn, and BURGUS PLUS has made this original fabric by weaving it with high-density for using for a jackets or trousers. The expression of Nep and unevenness by using yarn of uneven thickness is like a pongee of Japanese Kimono. At first, it is slightly hard, but it will be supple texture unique to a cotton as wearing it. The box-type silhouette with a short-length is inspired by an old American denim jacket in 1930s. Not only the details of the time such as 1 pocket, buckle on the back side, and pleats on the front are adopted, but also the armholes and width are sharpened, and leather for reinforcement of the rivet part are added, and it is the jacket not only with respects for the vintage but also aiming for the new style.
