- It is reproduced 501® jeans of 1937, the Great Depression era. For jeans of this age, although the cinch back was still attached as before, the suspenders button was removed. At that time, the red tab which symbolizes Levi's® had been attached on the back pocket for the first time for the differentiation from other brands.
