Lot 220 is a faithful reproduction of the XX model from when "DENIME" was first founded. Kurabo’s Anjo Factory, which manufactured the denim, has closed its doors after 74 years of operation. Consequently, production of the reproduction denim from DENIME’s founding era will also cease with the closure of this factory.
- Made with denim based on the original recipe, developed in collaboration with KURABO
- Made with uneven yarn spun using ring spinning from the same U.S. cotton as back then
- After rope-dyeing with a special indigo dye, the denim is finished with botanical dyeing to achieve a deep, rich hue
- By applying the scouring process in room-temperature water, the white-core warp yarns have a pronounced uneven dyeing texture
- Woven on vintage GL3 power looms, this denim strongly showcases the distinctive texture of the uneven yarns
For this denim release, the “Final Denim from Kurabo’s Anjo Factory”—which embodies the passion of the craftsmen and the pride of Japan—will be delivered to you as a vacuum-packed time capsule.

Due to the nature of this product (it is vacuum-packed), we do not measure its actual dimensions. The size chart provided is for the standard model, "220A-OR."
※This product is unwashed, so it will shrink significantly by washing. We don't recommend using a dryer as it may cause unexpected larger shrinkage.
