- Since its debut, "Oni Secret Denim" has reigned as the symbolic fabric of Oni Denim. This fabric woven with very thick slub yarns in low tension is a denim that only a few craftsmen can produce due to the complicated loom operation technique. The rough texture of the denim makes it the one and only denim that is recognizable just by touching it. Woven with greenish warp and beige-dyed weft, the denim brings out an oxidized look like vintage when the color fades. The selvedge is inspired by the colors of the Kabuki curtains, with "yellowish green" and "persimmon". The silhouette is based on the 3rd type jacket, but with narrower armholes and a slightly longer length for a modern, sharp fit.
