- Known as "the Tankers Jacket" without any unnecessary decorations, it was a favorite of tank soldiers in the army. The jacket, with its moderate heat retention and mobility, was so popular that it was also used by pilots. At that time, the Army and Marine Corps introduced field uniforms and equipment called "frogskin," and soldiers camouflaged themselves as forests by wearing "frogskin" to protect their lives. Military supplies were constantly being improved and developed, and obsolete and no longer needed materials were often released and given a second life in the hands of private companies. This jacket is also a product of this background. The "frogskin" that was used to be used in government-issued ponchos is made into a fury Tankers jacket by "Buzz Rickson's" and dyed in the military regulation color of khaki.

This jacket is a faithful reproduction of the vintage jacket, and parts such as the zipper are revived based on the specifications at that time, so please handle the parts with care. In particular, the zipper may be damaged if it is forcibly raised or lowered. When pulling up the zipper, be sure to pull up the metal part of the zipper slowly and carefully.
