- The “Vintage Banner Denim” from "WAREHOUSE" is reproduced based on raw denim produced in the 1920s and 1930s. For this “XX” series, yarns are taken from denim raw fabrics of the time, analyzed by Kurabo, and made from American cotton similar to that used at the time. The cotton is then mixed with brown cotton and woven to faithfully reproduce the shape of the uneven yarns. The selvedge denim woven with 7.3 x 7.3 count yarn blended with brown cotton has a deep hue and strong unevenness. The color aging typical of right twill denim will be expected. The silhouette is more relaxed than the 1947 model. The offset back center loop and other features give the jeans a golden-age feel.
