- Tailor Toyo has reproduced the "Skull Pattern" Sukajan(Souvenir Jacket) as an aging model. The number of vintage examples still in existence is extremely limited, and they trade at unbelievable prices on the market. While some skull patterns are embroidered with colorful threads, this mid-1950s piece is crafted with pale-colored threads based on white, creating a sophisticated finish that stands out in contrast to the faded navy body.
The reversible side features a pattern commonly known as "dragon head," depicting a dragon's head in detail. The pale green dragon's face and vermilion flames are colors unique to Japanese embroidery thread at that time. To harmonize the complementary red embroidery with the green body, red is also used on the ribs, creating a sense of unity throughout. - Main, Lining: 100％ Acetate
