- This exclusive T-shirt is made by "BARNS" for HINOYA. The fabric is open-end cotton jersey. Open-end yarn, which is spun using air pressure, contains a large amount of air between the fibers, giving it a fluffy, voluminous feel and a dry, rough texture. This technique was often used in old USA-made T-shirts, so it has a similar feel to deadstock T-shirts. The print design is inspired by 1970s sports brands. HINOYA's signature colors are gradient-colored to create a retro look. The body is approximately 6.5 oz. with a sturdy texture. Additionally, the neckline features a double-binder neck. This is a labor-intensive special sewing method, but by securely sandwiching the fabric between two layers of reinforcement material, the neckline remains resistant to stretching and deformation even after repeated washing, making it a durable T-shirt. Furthermore, this custom order includes a brass plate made by BUTTON WORKS. The plate, with its smoky, retro-inspired design, can also be used as a keychain. Although available in limited quantities, this T-shirt is a special piece crafted with meticulous attention to detail, from the body to the print.
