For this design, an overprint technique was used instead of discharge printing to create a gradient of several base colors, recreating the look and feel of a watercolor painting. The shirt is scattered with Joe's original doodles and the nicknames he’s been given around the world, which are depicted as humorous expressions rooted in memories and emotions—sometimes transcending words. More than just vintage charm, this shirt is a special garment packed with personal stories and emotions.
