- These Type M-1943 trousers are reproduced by "Buzz Rickson's", based on vintage trousers. With the introduction of the M-43 Field Jacket, which was developed by the Army to meet the needs of all environments, the Army adopted the trousers to be worn as a matching the matching clothing. The material used for the original M-43 trousers is back sateen, with the reverse side of thick cotton sateen fabric used for the front, the same as the field jacket. It features size-adjustable tabs around the waist, belt loops, and buttons for suspenders, and elaborate specifications that allow the wearer to choose how to wear it. The hem has tabs, and when buttoned up, it becomes a jodhpur style to keep the outside air, dirt, and dust out.
