1953 MODEL
- The 1953 model was made during the transitional period when denim jackets became casual wear rather than labor wear. "Sugar Cane" has produced a black denim version of this masterpiece, commonly known as the ‘2nd’ denim jacket, which is representative of the 1950s. The fabric woven with black yarns for the warp and unbleached yarns for the weft is a material that can be enjoyed as it ages, just like indigo. The stitching is unified in black.
