15.5oz DENIM STRAIGHT FIT BUTTON FLY
- A regular straight fit that excels in any situation, featuring a slightly high rise, moderate thigh width, and a gentle taper from the knee to the hem. Inspired by tailored trousers, it adopts a pattern design based on human anatomy. It achieves both comfortable wear and a refined silhouette. The denim fabric is woven with a blend of yarns: 65% Texas cotton, renowned for its strength and vibrant fade, and 35% Zimbabwe cotton, offering a balanced combination of softness and durability. Dyeing utilizes 100% pure indigo and employs traditional rope-dyeing techniques. A specially modified 1950s "Sakamoto-style shuttle loom" is used to weave thick yarns firmly. The warp yarns are woven at extremely low tension, akin to hand-weaving, achieving an uneven texture that influences the denim aging process. The finished fabric undergoes only shrink-resistant treatment and is not intentionally anti-skewed and singed to highlight its inherent characteristics. Starting to wear it in its rigid (unwashed) state allows you to enjoy its bold fading.
