Denim Award Jacket
- This award jacket is made of 9 oz. BLUE BLUE original denim. The warp uses specially ordered yarn, while the weft features natural, uneven yarn. The raw material is US cotton, and to recreate the vintage hue of raw cotton, it is dyed with a threne dye to a very light beige color. The threne dyeing process ensures the color fades beautifully over time with wear. Many people may think of wool or leather when they hear “award jacket,” but using denim fabric makes this jacket feel fresh and new.
