- Tailor Toyo has reimagined an early 1950s Sukajan (Souvenir Jacket) design—depicting an eagle spreading its wings wide as it takes flight from a rocky outcrop in rough waves—as a T-shirt. On an antique black body, the dynamic energy of splashing waves and the eagle flapping its wings fiercely—rendered solely with black and off-white embroidery thread—gives the design the appearance of a traditional Sumi-e(ink wash painting). This T-shirt lets you effortlessly enjoy the Sukajan aesthetic even in summer.
