"WHITE DRAGON × BLACK EAGLE"
- This Sukajan(Souvenir Jacket) is made of brown velveteen fabric, which is rare even among vintage Sukajan. The design of the white dragon, with a body so long it seems to peek through the clouds, is a reproduction of a mid-1950s vintage piece. The dragon, its mane flowing as it flies through the vast sky, is embroidered in a three-dimensional style using white-based colored threads, and the use of different colors in parts, such as the yellow edging and the red tongue, adds impact.
The reversible side features a black eagle design on blue acetate fabric, which evokes a clear, sunny sky. Using a limited number of colored threads, the eagle's spread wings are embroidered with only the handling of a needle. While the eagle embroidery is dense, the pine branches depicted with delicate lines that utilize the fabric's color, and the use of balanced blank space, create high artistic value reminiscent of Japanese painting. - Main: 100％ Cotton
