- ラングラーが1947～48年のごくわずかな期間だけ生産した伝説の「11MJ プロトタイプ（最初期型）」を徹底的に再現した超マニアックな一着。ウエアハウスがこのモデルのために特別に織り上げた「7番×7番 13.5oz 米綿3州ブレンド」の左綾サンフォライズド（防縮加工）デニムを使用しています。一般的な右綾デニム（リーバイス等）に比べて、生地が体に馴染みやすくソフトな質感です。左綾特有の「縦落ち」が強く、線状のシャープで立体的な経年変化が楽しめます。フロントはボタン留めのフラップポケットが2つ付いており、お馴染みの「W」の飾りステッチが施されています。プロト期ならではの仕様として、後年のモデルに見られるポケット脇の丸いカンヌキがまだ採用される前の平行なボックスステッチ留めなどを忠実に再現しています。フロントプリーツを留める四角いボックスステッチやサドルを傷つけないためのフラットなリベット、裾のサイドアジャスターなど、カウボーイのためのワークウェアとしてのディテールが満載です。ラングラーの1st（111MJなど）といえば背面の「アクションプリーツ」が有名ですが、この47年プロトモデルにはアクションプリーツや内側のゴムがありません。そのため、背中や肩まわりがボワッと膨らまず、非常にスマートでモダンなシルエットになります。
