B-15 ROUGH WEAR CLOTHING CO.
"534th BOMB. SQ. 381st BOMB. GP."
- This Type B-15 with patches is reproduced by "Buzz Rickson's", based on vintage jackets. The 534th Bombardment Squadron under the 8th Air Force was established in Gowenfield, Idaho in November 1942 as one of four squadrons of the 381st Bombardment Battalion. Shortly after its inception, the squadron moved to Pyote A.A. Base, Texas, and began flight training in B-17 Flying Fortresses. On the European front, the squadron was heavily intercepted by the enemy, but accurately attacked shipyards, oil refineries, and aircraft factories, for which it was awarded the Outstanding Unit Award. Each patch on the jacket is elaborately hand-painted on leather, and the 381st Bombardment Battalion's motto, “TRIUMPHANT WE FLY”, raised the men's morale.

This jacket is a faithful reproduction of the vintage jacket, and parts such as zipper are revived, based on the specifications at that time, so please handle the parts with care. In particular, the zipper may be damaged if it is forcibly raised or lowered. When pulling up the zipper, be sure to pull up the metal part of the zipper slowly and carefully. Please do not pull the leather string forcibly.
