• "Aviation Associates" is a collection of jackets and items based on a fictional story that "Buzz Rickson's", a military contractor at the time, released to the civilian market. Flying pilots used to wear a scarf around their necks to prevent wind from entering through the collar. Soldiers, who recognized the importance of the scarf during flying missions, also wore it off duty as a protection against the cold. In the United Kingdom, there had been a manufacturer specializing in scarves with printed geometric patterns since before World War II, and soldiers stationed in the United Kingdom were attracted by the stylish scarves. The label states “WASH AS SILK,” and the rayon, which is similar to silk, is very comfortable to the touch and has an elegant luster. Scarves, which allow you to feel the depth of British culture, are not as bulky as wool scarves, and when worn with a stylishly colored scarf and your favorite flight jacket, they are a magical item that will give you a more sophisticated image.
