15oz Low Tension Selvage Denim
- These jeans are made of low-tension woven denim, which has been a specialty of the "Oni Denim" brand since its founding. Normally, denim is woven with tensioned yarns, but this denim is woven at a slower speed with the yarns low-tensioned. This gives the fabric a rough, strong, uneven texture and leads to powerful color fading. However, the cost is not small. The power loom is subjected to a considerable burden, and the shuttle that delivers the weft yarns does not proceed smoothly with the loosened yarns, making production efficiency very poor. In addition, skilled craftsmen are required to operate the machines. These are the reasons why "Oni Denim" products are rare and special. The silhouette is a super wide straight, the widest among Oni Denim's lineup. The fit is a straight line from the relaxed rise and waist to the hem.
