- This Type B-6 sheepskin jacket is reproduced by "Buzz Rickson's" based on vintage. The B-6 jacket, adopted in 1939, was the first for intermediate zones. It resembles the B-3 but has distinct details, using sheepskin with shorter fleece and action pleats on the back for mobility in cramped aircraft. Unlike the B-3, it lacks a front flap and has inset pockets for better movement and functionality. The cuffs can be adjusted with snap buttons, and zippers on the sides provide a good fit. The sheepskin lining evolved over time but remained an essential material in flight jackets through the B-10 and B-15 series, marking the golden age of flight jackets.

This jacket is a faithful reproduction of the vintage jacket, and parts such as zipper are revived based on the specifications at that time, so please handle the parts with care. In particular, the zipper may be damaged if it is forcibly raised or lowered. When pulling up the zipper, be sure to pull up the metal part of the zipper slowly and carefully. Please do not pull the leather string forcibly.
