ZANTER x BURGUS PLUS Tsumugi Down HAN-TEN
- This item is a collaboration with "ZANTER", a pioneer of downwear in Japan that has supported many expedition teams such as the Antarctic expedition team. This is a unique item that combines the traditional Japanese winter wear “Hanten” with down instead of cotton. The outer fabric is a plain weave material that reproduces the “ Tsumugi ” used for kimono in cotton instead of silk. This fabric with irregular thick knots is very soft and comfortable to the touch, and it has been used for a long time in Japanese life as “ Chanchanko ‘ and ’ Furoshiki ” (wrapping cloth). The pattern this time is a “Triangular pattern” expressed by a discharge printing. The padding is Zanter's proud down. It is a combination of 90% down and 10% feathers, which is called the golden ratio. If only down is used, the fabric loses its stiffness, and if more feathers are used, it loses its fluffiness. This is an attractive and unique item that only Zanter, which has been working with down products for many years and knows all about the characteristics of down, can produce. Although only one size is available, the wide silhouette of this item should be familiar to many people. This down jacket is perfect not only for indoors but also for outings and short walks.
