- The "Chop Suey" pattern was produced for many vintage Aloha shirts. Among them, the “Hawaiian Wonderland” is famous for its strong impact and excellent design. It is popular among collectors, and this is the second time “Sun Surf” has reproduced the pattern with the vintage name. In addition to popular motifs such as Hula Girls, Aloha Tower, King Kamehameha Statue, Hawaiian Crest, and Fisherman, the banner running through the center of the design boldly depicts the words “HAWAIIAN WONDERLAND” on this collectible Aloha shirt.

【MALIHINI】
"Malihini Sportswear", the company that created the original work, was a long-established aloha shirt manufacturer founded in 1952. The owner, Raymond Sasaki, had a pictorial mind and a special attention to detail in his work. He had his personal designer and communicated his ideas to produce his designs. Even during the war, when fabric distribution was slow, he used his garage to produce printed fabrics in response to requests from long-established department stores such as Sears and was one of the brands that contributed greatly to the history of Aloha shirts. - Brand: MALIHINI
