"BLACK EAGLE × LANDSCAPE"
- This Sukajan (Souvenir Jacket) is reproduced based on the vintage Sukajan made in the early 1950s, featuring an eagle spreading its wings wide at the moment it takes flight from a rocky beach in rough seas. The lively splashing waves and the eagle's furiously flapping wings, expressed only with black and off-white embroidery threads on a black acetate fabric, can be seen as if it were an ink painting. Even the ribbing and piping are all in monotone, creating a modern and stylish jacket.
The reversible side features a landscape pattern embroidered with white, yellow, and silver colored threads on the pink and silver body. Behind the Taiko bridge (arched bridge) is a waterfall, and the white embroidery reminds us of falling snow. This Sukajan is a work with a traditional atmosphere that evokes the beauty of winter among Japanese landscapes, which has a different expression for each season. - Main, Lining: 100％ Acetate
