- "BURGUS PLUS" aims to create "the ultimate basic wear" and has updated one of its flagship models, "955-XX". In the golden age of jeans, jeans started to be recognized as a fashion item, and many masterpieces were born. Lot 955 incorporates the many details of those days. The fabric is a 14 oz. selvedge denim woven with natural indigo yarn. The warp is a mix of two different thicknesses of yarn. By combining short slub yarns and long slub yarns, which have different knot thicknesses, a complex unevenness is created in the fabric. Using the white yarn for the weft stands out the beautiful color of the warp yarn, which is unique to natural indigo. The denim is woven on an old-fashioned power loom. The rough texture created by weaving slowly in low tension gives it a three-dimensional appearance and allows you to enjoy the clear shade of the color when fading. The silhouette is slightly sharp straight-fit. The jeans are stiff at first, but as they are worn in, the fabric becomes more comfortable. The circular leather patches inserted at both edges of the back pockets not only increase strength but also make the back style look more stylish. These are not just reproduction jeans, but a pair of jeans created with the aim of further evolving "jeans".
