- The TYPE-II (commonly known as the 2nd type jacket) was made in 1953, during the transitional period when denim jackets became casual wear instead of labor wear. The aging process that Sugar Cane has produced in the past has been verified again to create a more realistic look. Compared to jeans, denim jackets require more time for the aging process, and this Sugar Cane aging model allows the wearer to enjoy the worn-in look and feel from the beginning.
