• The "Good-looking cotton(nickname)" denim fabric is meticulously crafted with an unwavering commitment to every step of the process, from the origin and blend of the raw cotton, the spinning process including twisting of the yarn, to the dyeing using pure indigo to achieve the deepest possible color, and the weaving on the old-style power loom with "BONCOURA" special specification. The stitching on BONCOURA's original standard denim pants, made of "this Good-looking cotton denim," is all-cotton thread. Also, the color of threads and thread-count are changed depending on the part, and the sewing specifications vary for each model, including the 66, XX, Cinchback, and Z models. The brand is also particular about the leather patch: the deer skin patches, which are tanned from raw hides using a special process, feature a red “BONCOURA” logo. The pocket bag's fabric is BONCOURA's original broken herringbone SLEEK. The pocket bag and the label on the waist feature stamps printed using a vintage typewriter. All buttons, rivets, and other parts are made from carefully selected materials and have the original logo. The parts themselves will age beautifully with wear.
  The silhouette of the BONCOURA XX has a slightly thicker straight cut with a rugged feel. "BONCOURA" has also paid attention to various details that evoke a vintage feel, such as V-stitching, hidden rivets, and punched rivets.
