- The XX model manufactured by DENIME at the time of its establishment has been faithfully reproduced by the hands of WAREHOUSE. The denim has been jointly developed with Kurabo Industries Ltd based on the recipe from those days. The uneven yarn ring-spun from American cotton same as at that time is rope-dyed with special indigo and then finished with a vegetable-dyeing process to reproduce the deep color typical of DENIME. In the scouring process before rope dyeing, the warp yarn is dyed in room temperature water, which is unique to the WAREHOUSE's technique, so that the surface of the yarn is dyed darker. Still, the core remains white, creating a unique warp. The GL3 loom known as older-fashioned power loom is used, so the characteristics of uneven yarns are directly reflected in the denim. Materials and shapes for buttons and rivets have been updated. This is truly a pair of jeans that aims to be the best of Japanese denim, combining the originality of DENIME and the inquisitiveness of the WAREHOUSE.
