- Rocky Mountain Featherbed's masterpiece item, the CHRISTY JACKET, is the brand's signature model with its single-piece yoke leather and natural mouton collar. The outer and inner lining are made of the original 70-denier nylon taffeta developed when the was revived. This nylon taffeta, which has been faithfully reproduced after researching vintage, has the functionality of a down pack, and its three-layer construction provides lightness and excellent heat retention. The water-repellent down from Europe is used. Normally, the down loses its heat-retaining ability when wet, but "Rocky Mountain" has applied a water-repellent finish to the down itself to achieve specifications that allow it to maintain its heat-retaining ability even in inclement weather. The exquisite ratio of 90% down and 10% feathers boasts a high heat-retaining capacity of 700-FP and has achieved surprising lightness and heat-retaining properties. The leather of the yoke part is tanned with tannin and chrome. By dyeing the leather, the leather's natural texture is preserved and the leather is highly durable. The mouton used is American mouton. If you turn up the collar, you don't need a scarf.
