- "DENIME" has created the world's first denim made of American Raffy cotton, using an old spinning machine from the days when vintage jeans were made. This cotton, known as Raffy, is made by reusing " waste cotton," which is discarded in the process of manufacturing yarn. The Raffy yarn produced by a ring spinning machine manufactured in the 1950s is the very shape of the uneven yarn that was naturally produced at that time. Using this denim, “DENIME” has reproduced the “66 model” jeans of the 1970s, which can be said to be the last vintage model in the United States.
