- The DALLY JACKET is a modern reinterpretation by BIG YANK of a classic 1940s denim jacket. While retaining the rugged appeal of vintage workwear, it has been designed with proportions that fit naturally into contemporary styling. The jacket is made from 100% cotton, 13 oz. selvedge denim. The fabric has a moderate weight and firm feel, developing fade and wear marks with repeated wear and gradually taking on its own character. The aging of the denim over time is another distinctive appeal of this jacket. Key details of the 1940s 1st-Type jacket, including the front pleats and a single chest pocket, have been faithfully reproduced. Its simple yet distinctive design embodies the classic appeal of vintage denim jackets.
