- The silhouette is slightly low-rise and strongly tapered narrow silhouette. These jeans with a zipper-fly front have a clean fit and a classy look. The 14.7 oz denim slowly woven on an old-style power loom using 6.5-count yarn of Zimbabwe cotton dyed extra dark gives it the softness typical of long-staple cotton and the ruggedness of denim. The unevenness made possible only by the long-staple cotton will have a natural color fading, created by the large number and length of thin sections, rather than the overly gaudy color fading characteristic of heavy-ounce denim. The jeans are made of shrink-proof denim with an anti-skew process and a light singeing process of the denim surface and finished with a one-washed finish.
