• The work "Pattern Recognition" was released in 2003 by William Gibson, a leading science fiction writer. "WILLIAM GIBSON COLLECTION" was born by the fact the main character in it wore the "Black MA-1" made by BUZZ RICKSON'S. The MA-1 hailed as the masterpiece of flight jackets, is highly regarded. Only four companies were responsible for manufacturing the first models, and one of them was Albert Turner & Co. The distinctive zigzag stitching that securely holds the wool pile in place is one of the meticulous features of the company.

This jacket is a faithful reproduction of the vintage jacket, and parts such as zipper are revived, based on the specifications at that time, so please handle the parts with care. In particular, the zipper may be damaged if it is forcibly raised or lowered. When pulling up the zipper, be sure to pull up the metal part of the zipper slowly and carefully. Please do not pull the leather string forcibly.
