DENIME創業当時のXXモデルを徹底再現したLot 220。生地を製造していたクラボウ安城工場が74年の歴史に幕を下ろしました。それに伴い、ドゥニーム創業当時の復刻デニムも、同工場の閉鎖とともに生産を終了いたします。
- クラボウとの共同開発による当時のレシピに基づいた生地を使用
- 当時と同じ米綿を使用し、リング紡績したムラ糸を採用
- 専用色インディゴでロープ染色後、仕上げに草木染めを施し深みのある色合いに
- 精練を常温水で行うことで、染めムラが強くメリハリのある中白の経糸を実現
- 旧式のGL3力織機で織られ、ムラ糸の風合いが生地にしっかりと反映
今回のデニムは職人の情熱と日本の誇りを封じ込めた「クラボウ安城工場、最後のデニム」を真空パックのタイムカプセルとしてお届けします。
