ACETATE SOUVENIR JACKET AGING MODEL “ROARING TIGER” × ”JAPAN MAP”
- The souvenir jacket known as "Sukajan" is the only clothes born in Japan. Tailor Toyo is still in charge of tradition and history as a pioneer brand of Sukajan. The fabric for this jacket has a deep texture with the color faded from the original rayon acetate and the suppressed gloss moderately. Rib texture like vintage, faded rayon thread for embroidery, this aging model has these such a vintage-like specifications, and you will have a pleasure as if you have a vintage souvenir jacket from the time you buy it.
The original souvenir jacket on which roaring tiger is embroidered on the red color acetate is a work of the mid-1950s. A special font of the characters of "Japan" which isn't written with cursive but block is also characteristic of this jacket.
The motif on the reversible side is a map of Japan, Mt.Fuji, and a 38th parallel of the Korean Peninsula, and so forth. The embroidery of Mt.Fuji on the front chest is rare even in Vintage. - Model Wearing Size: （Height 180cm / Weight 72kg)
