The squadron belonging to the 43rd bombing aviation group, which was formed in 1940, was nicknamed "KEN'S MEN" because it was led by the commander of the 5th Air Force, General Kenny. This nickname sometimes even decorates the title of the back paint drawn on the jacket. This jacket reproduces the B-10 worn by the B-24 "Liberator" bomber crew who belonged to the 43rd bombing aviation group and the 64th bombing squadron under the control of the 5th Air Force. The large felt-based patch is a rare local product made around 1942 in Australia.
