High Rise Relax Tapered 17oz Natural Indigo XX Denim
- It's a new denim from "ONI DENIM" with "EXTRA EXCEED (highest quality)" on the patch. The thread is dyed with natural indigo by rope dyeing which had been said to be impossible. It is a true deep blue that is a bit different from synthetic indigo. The fabric created by loosing the tension of the uneven thread to the limit and passing it through the shuttle at extremely low speed has a rough texture reminiscent of shark skin and sandpaper. And this XX denim adopts the details found in vintage jeans. Double-punched rivets of the coin pocket, flat felled seam by sewing machine for a single stitch of the back yoke, and pocket reinforcement with bar tack instead of rivets of the back pockets, those specifications are all time-consuming method, and being disappeared in these days. The silhouette is a high rise relaxed taper. "ONI DENIM" has been making various modern style jeans with the vintage manufacturing method, but for this jeans, it has more vintage elements. However, this jeans has a good silhouette and is unique to ONI DENIM which combines old and new style.
