The complex shapes of the antlers and the texture of the fur are expressed through gradients of colored threads and embroidered shading, revealing the advanced techniques of the craftsmen of the time.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe reversible side features lightning bolts and a polar bear on the chest, and a bald eagle soaring above the ice floes on the back. Alaska, with its vast wilderness still remaining, is known as “America’s Last Frontier,” and this message is also embroidered along the lower portion of the back.
